Program Overview
To incentivize our drivers and boost delivery efficiency, we’re implementing a new program: 30 Orders for $300.
Program Mechanics
- Eligibility: All active drivers are eligible to participate.
- Objective: Drivers must complete 30 deliveries within one week during peak hours 2p – 9p (Monday – Sunday).
- Incentive:
- Once a driver completes 30 deliveries, we will review their total earnings from tips and base pay.
- If the total earnings are less than $300, we will add the difference to their earnings.
Program Tracking and Payment
- Tracking: We will use our delivery platform to monitor driver progress and earnings.
- Payment: The additional incentive payment will be added to the driver’s next weekly pay.
Additional Considerations
- Peak Hours: During peak hours (2 PM – 9 PM), drivers may receive additional incentives or bonuses to encourage timely deliveries.
- Communication: We will communicate program updates, incentives, and important information through text messages, emails, and newsletters.
- Performance Metrics: We will track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer ratings, order acceptance rates, and average delivery times to assess the program’s impact.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Program Guidelines: A detailed document outlining the program rules, eligibility criteria, and payment process.
- Driver Participation Records: A record of drivers who participate, their progress, and the incentive amounts paid.
- Payment Records: Documentation of all incentive payments, including date, driver name, amount, and payment method.
By participating in this program, drivers can earn additional income and contribute to the overall success of our delivery operations.
